Who we are
The Origin of Fagan Automotive Collective
Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been obsessed with cars. While most kids were glued to Saturday morning cartoons, I was watching car shows. By the time I was in grade school, I could name every car on the road and rattle off 0-to-60 times from Car and Driver like they were sports stats. Cars weren’t just a hobby—they were my world.
As I got older, that obsession turned into action. I started buying cars, fixing them up, and selling them so I could afford the next dream car on my list. Every car taught me something new—how to spot a great deal, figure out what a car’s really worth, and keep funding my passion. But while I loved building my collection, I noticed something that kept coming up in conversations. Whenever people talked about classic cars, they’d say, “I’d love to own one, but I’m scared I’ll buy the wrong car.”
That hit home for me. Classic cars should be fun, not stressful. So I started helping friends. I’d help them figure out what kind of car they really wanted, guide them through the buying process, and make sure they ended up with something they could truly enjoy. Before I knew it, I realized I had a knack for taking the fear and uncertainty out of classic car ownership.
Over time, I built up a solid network of trusted experts around Nashville—mechanics, restorers, parts suppliers, you name it. These connections, along with my own experience, gave me the idea to turn my passion into a business. That’s how Fagan Automotive Collective came to life.
At Fagan Automotive Collective, my mission is simple: I help people find the perfect classic car and skip the stress. Classic cars have brought me so much joy over the years, and now I get to share that joy with others
